Payment Options:
We currently accept all major credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments, checks, & money orders. Click Here to place an order by fax or through the mail.

Sales Tax:
We are required to charge sales tax on bags shipped to addresses in New York state. Tax is applied to your shipping and handling as well as your order total. Gift certificates incur no tax (and ship for free).

Return Policy
:
Returns are taken on a case by case basis. If your order does not meet your expectations, please notify us immediately and we will take all necessary steps to remedy the problem. Custom orders and sale items are final sale.

Write to us at returns@brooklynbags.com for return instructions. We will provide an address to which you should mail your insured and carefully packed item.

Items In Need of Repair:
Please email us immediately at repairs@brooklynbags.com if your bag requires repairs of any kind. We will execute many repairs free of charge. Please email us a description of the problem along with the style of bag and date of order to get the repair process started.

Shipping Method:
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are based on the order total and destination. Click Here for a list of shipping rates. USPS issues an automated email with your delivery confirmation number when your order ships. Because all bags are made to order, delivery times will range from two to four weeks. Rush Orders are available.

We ship internationally with USPS Global Priority mail. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive - after a package arrives at customs in your country, it may take additional time to reach you by your local carrier.

If there is a specific date by which you would like to receive your bag, please let us know and we will make every effort to accomodate.

Packaging:
All items will be sent with a copy of your receipt. If your order is being sent directly to a gift recipient and should not include a receipt, please let us know during checkout. If you would like a gift card included, please type in a short note in the 'special instructions' section at checkout and we'll handwrite it on a card for you.

Gift Certificates:
If you're unsure what the lucky recipient of your gift wants, there are always gift certificates! We will send a gift certificate through First Class Mail to your recipient. It may be redeemed online for up to one year, and we can send any amount.
